Taapsee Pannu: My sex life is not interesting enough to be invited on Koffee with Karan
Taapsee Pannu has not made her Koffee debut yet.
When promoting her latest horror flick, Dobaaraa, Taapsee Pannu claimed that her sex life was not intriguing enough to warrant an invitation to Koffee With Karan. At the promotional event, in addition to the actor and the film’s director, Anurag Kashyap, filmmaker Karan Johar was also promoting his talk show, Koffee With Karan, which is presently available to stream on Disney+ H*tstar.
Observing this, a reporter asked the Thappad actor why she was never invited to appear on Karan’s chat show. The actor responded to the query with the following funny statement: “My sex life is not interesting enough to be invited on Koffee with Karan.”
The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil director frequently receives negative feedback on social media because he discloses the sex lives of all celebrities on every episode of his chat show.
In the meantime, the recently released Dobaaraa trailer for Taapsee’s next thriller received a resoundingly positive response from online users due to its unusual plot.
Dobaaraa had a successful opening weekend at some of the most prominent film festivals, including the London Film Festival and the Fantasia Film Festival 2022. Through a TV screen, Taapsee entered the scene as a surprise. The audience is in a state of shock as they anticipate the actor’s time-travel narrative’s conclusion.
The movie, which will be helmed by Anurag Kashyap and produced by Ekta Kapoor, is scheduled to open in theatres on August 19, 2022. After the 2018 smash Manmarziyaan and the biographical drama Saand Ki Aankh (2019), on which he served as producer, it is Anurag and Taapsee’s third project together.
In addition, Taapsee will co-star with Shah Rukh Khan in Rajkumar Hirani’s next film, Dunki. The actor was last seen in Shabaash Mithu, directed by Srijit Mukherjee. The film is a biopic based on the life of former Indian skipper Mithali Raj.
