Sounds weird but there are some sexual positions that affect our fitness adversely and there are sex positions that help in maintaining our fitness level.

Cowgirl
Many of us didn’t even hear of a sex potion named as a cowgirl. But it’s considered a very good position that involves the bum, core, and heart. This position includes the downside of the body near which the legs of the women are steadied. The cowgirl position includes the rear side and the abs along with pelvic muscles are used during this position. When you press your partner’s abs and sides with the use of your quadrangles or calves can help exercise those muscles also.
Standing
During the standing position, a partner stand lifts the partner which is not an easy thing to o but it helps as work out also as you need to have the strength to lift your partner for a good amount of time. Using this position requires utilizing the core, and upper-leg strength and the hands have to be strong enough so that you can hold your partner easily and enjoy the act. This position requires strength and stamina and uses a good amount of energy and helps the leg muscles to be strong.
Bridge
In this position, one of the partners needs to balance its body on four sides and keep it off the bed. to co-operate each other, the receiving partner may use some pillows to help themselves and it helps to stretch the muscles of the buttocks and inner-thigh and makes them strong. The triceps, biceps, and calves are also used in this position.
Lotus
The lotus is one of the passive sex positions that involve sitting. Both the partners sit while facing each other and the core is properly used to stabilize the body. Thrusting involves the glutes and makes this position one of the best positions for ensuring and promoting fitness.
Missionary
The missionary position is probably the most common sex position and during this position, both the partners lie down facing each other. Albeit the missionary position seems like there is no physical benefit but shoving your partner needs a good amount of strength, the other partner also pushes back including the core and the pelvic region.
