Services of Meta-owned WhatsApp are currently experiencing some disruption. While there is no official response or acknowledgement from the messaging app, there are reports users are not being able to send or receive messages on the platform.
According to realtime monitor Downdetector, disruptions are being experienced in various parts of the country, with thousands of users reporting disruptions. In fact, a global outage is being reported.
Meanwhile, Twitter users, as usual, came up with hilarious memes. Also #whatsapp down is trending on the social media network.
